The Coalition of Canadian Energy Trusts, of which Paramount Energy Trust is an active member, has been formed to address the unique issues related to energy trusts and their important contribution to the Canadian economy. Their objective - first and foremost - is to meet responsibilities to Unitholders and are focused on finding a solution to the problems created by the announcement.
Since November 1st, the Coalition has been actively engaged in a media, stakeholder and government relations program. Meetings with government officials continue in an effort to present solutions that will meet the objectives of government and energy trusts. For further information please visit the Coalition of Canadian Energy Trusts website that has been dedicated entirely to that issue for the benefit of all stakeholders.
Paramount Energy Trust would like to thank you for your continued support.
