Quarterly Reports

As a result of ongoing recent discussions with the Securities Regulators and Paramount Energy Trust's auditors and the method used to determine the Trust Unit based compensation expense in general and administrative costs, the fourth quarter and year-end 2005 results and the results for prior periods have been amended to reflect a change in that methodology to the binomial lattice method for valuing incentive rights.
