Clayton H. Riddell

Mr. Riddell is Chairman and a Director of Paramount Energy Operating Corp. Mr. Riddell graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science, Honours Degree in Geology. He has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Resources Limited since 1978. Mr. Riddell is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta, the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers, the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists, the Independent Petroleum Association of Canada, the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Canadian Geoscience Council. Mr. Riddell is a director of Newalta Corporation and Big Rock Brewery Ltd.

Susan L. Riddell Rose

Ms. Riddell Rose is President and Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Energy Operating Corp. and has overall management responsibility for the Trust. Ms. Riddell Rose graduated from Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario with a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering (1986) and has over 15 years of experience in the Canadian oil and natural gas industries. She began her career as a petroleum engineer with Shell Canada and from 1990 until 2002 she was employed by Paramount Resources Ltd. in various capacities culminating in the position of Corporate Operating Officer. She has been a director of Paramount Resources Ltd. since 2000. She is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta, the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.

Gary C. Jackson

Mr. Jackson is Vice President, Land, Legal and Acquisitions of Paramount Energy Operating Corp. and is responsible for all land, contracts and legal related activities of the Trust. Mr. Jackson graduated in 1977 from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Commerce and has over 25 years of experience in the Canadian oil and natural gas industry. Mr. Jackson was Vice-President, Land of Summit Resources Limited from May 2000 to June 2002. His career has included the position of Manager of Acquisitions and Divestitures, Joint Venture - Midstream and Land Services at Petro-Canada Oil and Gas as well as various positions related to land and contracts with Amerada Hess Canada and Placer Cego Petroleum. Mr. Jackson is a member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen and the Petroleum Acquisition and Disposition Association.

Kevin J. Marjoram

Mr. Marjoram is Vice President, Engineering and Operations of Paramount Energy Operating Corp. and is responsible for all exploitation and development activities of the Trust. Mr. Marjoram graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering in 1983 and has 20 years of experience in the Canadian oil and natural gas industry. He was Area Engineering Manager, N.E. Alberta - West Side for Paramount Resources Ltd. since 2000 and has therefore worked directly with PET's assets for three years. Prior thereto he held positions in an operations managerial capacity for Spire Energy Ltd. and Northrock Resources Ltd. Mr. Marjoram is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.

Cameron R. Sebastian

Mr. Sebastian is Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Paramount Energy Operating Corp. and is responsible for all of the finance, accounting, tax and treasury affairs of the Trust. Mr. Sebastian graduated in 1986 from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and has over 16 years of experience in the North American energy industry. He was Vice-President, Finance of Summit Resources Limited from 2000 to 2002 and that company's controller from 1994 to 1997. Prior thereto he was Vice-President, Finance of Pursuit Resources Corp. and controller of Coho Energy Inc. in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Sebastian is a member of the Canadian and Alberta Institutes of Chartered Accountants, the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society and the Treasury Management Association of Canada.

Marcello M. Rapini

Mr. Rapini is Vice President, Marketing of Paramount Energy Operating Corp. and is responsible for the Trust's gas marketing portfolio.  Mr. Rapini joined the Trust in December 2005 and has over 15 years of gas marketing and trading experience in the natural gas industry.  His previous positions include Vice President of Trade at Sempra Energy Trading, Senior Trader at Mirant Energy Marketing Ltd., and Senior Trader at Duke Energy Marketing.  Mr. Rapini graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Roderick (Rick) P. Warters

Mr. Warters is Vice President, Geoscience and New Ventures of Paramount Energy Operating Corp. and is responsible for all exploration and development activities for the Trust.  Mr. Warters graduated in 1982 from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Geophysics.  His previous industry experience includes Senior Vice President of Exploration for ConocoPhillips Canada, Vice President of Expoloration for the Canadian Division of Burlington Resources and served as the Northern Exploration Manager and the Chief Geophysicist for Petro-Canada.  Mr. Warters has held a number of technical and management positions in other organizations including Amerada Hess and Dome Petroleum, where he started his career.  Mr. Warters is a member of APEGGA, NAPEGG and the Canadian Society of Exploration Geophysicists.
